Our Storage Software Specialists are experts in the storage software brand portfolio offerings and are accountable for creating demand and progressing opportunities from identification through booking.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving optimal customer technology outcomes and achieving strategic objectives for our storage software portfolio of products. You will drive the strategy, sale, and closure of sales opportunities for select storage product offerings and use cases. Your role involves achieving strategic outcomes for the storage software brand, driving customer technology decision outcomes, working either in conjunction with a technical seller or as a leader of your own account team. You will proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within the storage product offering portfolio, maintain contemporary technical skills and offering knowledge, and leverage marketing to drive customer lifetime value (LTV).

Preferred Locations: Dallas and Atlanta

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Sales experience with IT hardware and software solutions.
• Experience with storage software solutions from vendors such as Dell EMC, Hitachi, HPe, PURE, Netapp, or similar.
• Experience with account management.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Experience with sales motions via ecosystem channel partners.
• Channel partner business development.
• Understanding of foundational technologies in today’s data centers, such as compute, network, storage, security, along with “software-defined” solutions involving these technologies.
