Role Overview:
The BDE is responsible for all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, consultative selling, and closing new business. Position Details:
- They cannot have an Automatic Restriction on their license. Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
- Chicago Regional picks up from and delivers to 13 rail ramps (6 major ramps) in the Chicagoland area.
- They run the states of Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and N Kentucky.
- All freight is on containers and is no touch
- App 70% drop/hook and 30% live load/unload.
- Loads are preplanned in advance and if ETA's are set correctly driver should be preplanned before arriving at first delivery

Special requirements:
- Hazmat is not required at hiring, but drivers will be expected to obtain the endorsement within 60 days of hire. Once the driver gets hazmat on his/her license, we will reimburse the cost.
Additional information:
- Drivers will operate mid roof conventional tractors that the avg age is 1yr 10 months old.
- If driver lives outside the Chicago area he/she will be dispatched toward the house for time off.
- Riders are allowed BUT only after 30 days.
- Essentially, all drivers living in Illinois need to be checked to see if they fit the Cedar Rapids fleet first (145 miles of Davenport). There is the most need for drivers there and also the driver will make more money and get more home time with that fleet. This full-time, permanent Swiss CNC Lathe Programmer for first or second shift is at a OEM machining company that has seen sales grow 15% annually. Even with COVID, the company had a record year in 2020. Employees are highly valued here. Job security is important here and people do not get laid off. When possible, the company promotes from within. The company utilizes Swiss CNC machines, many of which are less than ten years old.
First shift is eight hours per day for five days per week. Second shift is ten hours per day for four days per week. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:
- Setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Inspecting finished products by utilizing various precision measuring tools
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Two or more years of experience programming Swiss CNC machines
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
Pay Breakdown:
- $0.42 cpm (avg 2130 mpw) - will receive a $0.01 cpm increase each year maxing out at $0.45 cpm
- $34.00 per live stop (avg 5 stops per week)
- $15.00 per drop & hook (avg 1 drop & hook per week)
- $25.00 layover (avg 2 week)
- $20.00 per shopette (avg 2 per week) (driver unload)

Time Off / Shift:

Time Off/Shift
- Local Intermodal - Racine, WI - Operates in Illinios & Wisconsin
- Driver will report to the Racine location daily for dispatch and truck assignment.

This is a day cab account with local routs but there can be times of overnight stays. Drivers must have their own transportation to and from work. TRUCKS WILL NOT BE USED FOR PERSONAL USE. All trucks are manual transmission.
Loads begin at the distribution center in Casa Grande AZ and run the State of Arizona, Las Vegas and New Mexico area delivering to Walmart stores with the occasional delivery to Sam's Clubs. No touch freight live unloads. Same day freight means the trailers are loaded throughout the day and are not preloaded. This is a 6 day work week. Drivers will be required to go with a mentor for five days. Drivers can work up to 14 hours per day, this is a 24/7 operation there are no specific shifts. Start times can be anywhere from 10am to 2359 varying depending on the dock out times provided by the customer. This account is fast past and time commitments are essential for the customer. Drivers will average 8-10 loads per week. With an average of 3-4 stops per load.

- Deadhead Miles: Drivers are paid deadhead Rand McNally miles excluding deadhead mileage home
- Permanent Pay Guarantee:
- Drivers with 2 - 6 months of verified experience will receive a guarantee of $950 minimum gross per week until they have acquired 6 months expereince. Guarantee will raise to $1,000 miminim gross once 6 months of total experience has been acquired.
- Drivers with 6 months verified experience will receive a guarantee of $1,100 minimum gross
- Pay guarantee is contingent upon driver maintaining 7 continuous day availability

Time Off / Shift:

Drivers should be prepared to receive their truck at the terminal and to be dispatched for 14 days when they arrive. Please advise driver to bring enough clothes, personal items, funds, etc.. How You Will Have Impact
- Reporting to the IT Director, you will be the point person for all things JD Edwards and integrations with supporting third party applications; designing/implementing/supporting JD Edwards E1 based solutions. Our Services team provides strategic solution design, integration, and deployment services to our customers. Skill specifications
The candidate is encouraged to have a deep understanding of Enterprise DC, campus, and transport networks, along with core IP networking concepts and protocols, as well as routing, switching, wireless, and SDN/SD-WAN technologies.
Reasonable expertise on many of the following will be prerequisites for success: Routing, Switching, TCP-IP, VLANs, Linux, BGP, Wired Networking, WiFi, RF, and Access Points.
Knowledge and experience of technologies such as IP Fabrics, EVPN, VxLAN, MCLAG, MPLS, NAT, and VPN is a plus.
Amiable communication, interpersonal and social skills will be required. Prior Professional Services or Consulting experience is highly desirable!

What will you be doing?
This position will be focused on supporting the design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of a Software Defined Datacenter (SDDC) supporting the US Navy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide design and integration support of a VMware SDDC hyperconverged infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and system engineering for all Windows-based platforms to include Windows Active Directory, WSUS, and Horizon View VDI

Responsibilities include:
- NSX-T Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of VMware NSX-T solutions to meet the specific requirements of our clients, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Network Virtualization: Design and manage virtual networks, including logical switching, routing, and firewalling, leveraging VMware NSX-T technology.
